City Council
Two candidates have been certified to appear on the November 7 general election ballot for District 2 City councilor: Pam Richardson and Jeanne I. Bullock.
Richardson is a former state representative (2006-2010), School Committee member (2003-2006), and Town Meeting Member (2001-2003). You can see her candidate announcement at Framingham Source and her campaign page on Facebook.
Bullock has been a Precinct 5 Town Meeting Member and member of the Capital Budget Committee, and also ran unsuccessfully for Charter Commission. You can see her candidate statement for the Charter Commission at enterprisenews.com.
District 2 is one of only two districts that did not have enough candidates (at least three) for a primary in September. However, please still vote in the Sept. 26 primary, as there will be important races for Mayor and at-large City Council!
School Committee
Current School Committee member Richard Finlay will be running unopposed for the District 2 School Committee seat in November. He served on the board from 2009 to 2011 and was elected again last year. You can see his candidate profile at the MetroWest Daily News and his Facebook page from last year’s campaign.
