“Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence was in Framingham with a film crew Wednesday to working on scenes for her new comedy ‘Don’t Look Up,’ the MetroWest Daily News reports.”Directed by Adam McKay, the Netflix comedy also stars Leonardo DiCaprio. DiCaprio and Lawrence play star-crossed astronomers who discover a meteor is on a collision course with Earth. They try to warn the public, but no one takes their admonitions of impending doom seriously — not even the president."
Filming took place on Simpson Drive, Riverview Road and Lariviere Road.
