“After hearing the reports of a young pedestrian being injured on Lowther Road, I have asked the Framingham Traffic Commission to work with the community to study and consider a solution to the unique challenges we have on that street,” District 2 City Councilor Cesar Stewart-Morales posted on Facebook. “The Traffic Commission Chair, Bill Sedewitz, has agreed to begin gathering data for this street. While the data will likely not be available, any feedback regarding Lowther Rd. will be accepted at the next Traffic Commission meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 7pm. Feedback is also welcome by e-mail by writing to trafficcommission@framinghamma.gov or to me at cs@framinghamma.gov. Speeding on Old Connecticut Path in District 2 will also be on the agenda that night.”
The Traffic Commission meeting agenda includes “Old Connecticut Path/School Street/Danforth Street area speeding and safety concerns”
