Original About page text:This is a volunteer civic project as Framingham transitions from town to city, to help inform people about what’s happening in Framingham’s new District 2 before our first-ever city election. It is non-partisan and non-commercial.
There might also be the occasional post about other interesting things going on in Saxonville & Nobscot, such as the summer jazz series at the McAuliffe Library.
The project is spearheaded by former Precinct 5 Town Meeting Member Sharon Machlis Gartenberg, a former Framingham Town Meeting Member, former member of the Town Meeting Standing Committee on Planning & Zoning, and former reporter at the MetroWest Daily News (then the Middlesex News).
